VA Handbook 5007 contents

A clearer table of contents for VA Handbook 5007, Pay Administration. The master retains its ten parts, chapters, numbered paragraphs and appendices in printed order. Each heading links to its actual physical PDF page; the printed label is shown separately. VA’s contents has stale labels and numbering differences, which are noted where relevant. One contents-only heading opens its printed contents entry because no corresponding body heading was found.

The first group contains the nine separate changes, their transmittal sheets, replacement-page groups and policy paragraph headings. Each change’s PDF numbering starts at 1. Forms and blank replacement pages are identified as such. These separate documents have not been combined into a rewritten handbook. Later-change links beside master headings open the transmittal with its scope and replacement instructions.
