FedHR Tools installs like an app, with its own icon and window. No app store and no account, and it takes about 30 seconds.
Use the tools from Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code.
Every lookup and calculation here is also a Model Context Protocol connector. Add one address to your assistant and it answers from the same published tables, naming the source and the data snapshot it used.
About FedHR Tools
What is FedHR Tools?
A free set of pay and staffing tools for federal HR specialists. Find the right pay table, work through promotion and maximum payable rate calculations, and look up action codes, with full VA and Title 38 coverage.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
It is free to use with no sign-in. Nothing you enter is stored, and no employee names or case details are needed.
Is this an official VA or OPM site?
No. These are independent reference tools built from public OPM, VA and DCPAS sources. Confirm final pay and coding in your official personnel system.
How current is the information?
Sources are checked every night, and a page tells you when a check has failed or is overdue. Each tool shows the source and date it used.
